Industrial O2 Gas Plant

We are trusted as the leading oxygen plant manufacturer that has been fabricating and supplying Industrial O2 Gas Plant for over three decades. We have acquired high expertise in the fabricating of the medical oxygen generator plant machinery.  We have become famous all over the globe for using cutting-edge technology and top-notch designing. Our medical oxygen filling plants are unmatched in terms performance, reliability, durability and prices. We import advanced technology from the leading oxygen plant manufacturers in Europe and the US. Our medical oxygen plants are manufactured using cryogenic distillation technology, which helps our plant machinery to generate oxygen with purity up to 99.7%, which is sufficient for medical applications.

Our premium quality Industrial O2 Gas Plant comes in all sizes ranging from 20 Liter/hour to 5,000 Liter/hour.   Our company manufactures, fabricates and supplies high quality medical oxygen generator plants.  For supplying high standard products, we have emerged as the leading manufacturing in the engineering sector. For strict compliance with quality control measures, we have been given Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS), ISO 9001:2008 and CE certifications. Since our establishment in 1985, we have made our name by manufacturing and supplying the best plants and equipment.  Over the years, we have sold over 500 oxygen gas plants to clients all over the globe including Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, South Africa, Yemen, Sudan, Peru, etc. Our clients are satisfied with the quality of our product and after sales service.

Basic Principle:

Industrial O2 Gas Plant use atmospheric air, which is pushed into the molecular sieve purification system to separate the moisture and CO2 from the process air. Afterwards, it is liquefied by cryogenic cooling using the latest plate and fin, high efficiency heat exchangers and expanders. Liquid air is separated into oxygen and inert gases in the air separation column. Liquid oxygen is stored in a cryogenic storage tank.

Scope and Supply:

1. Air Compressor
Air is compressed at a low pressure of 5-7 bar (0.5-0.7mpa). It is done by using the latest compressors (Screw/Centrifugal Type)
2. Pre Cooling System
The second stage of the process involves use of a refrigerant for pre-cooling the processed air to temperature around 12 deg C before it enters the purifier.
3. Purification of Air by Purifier
The air enters a purifier, which is made up of twin molecular Sieve driers that function alternatively. The Molecular Sieve separates the carbon dioxide & moisture from the process air before the air reaches at air separation Unit.
4. Cryogenic Cooling of Air by Expander
The air must be cooled to sub zero temperatures for liquefaction. The cryogenic refrigeration and   cooling is provided by a highly efficient turbo expander, which cools the air to temperature below -165 to-170 deg C.
5. Separation of Liquid Air into Oxygen and Nitrogen by Air Separation Column
Air that goes inside the low pressure plate fin type heat exchanger is cleaned of moisture, oil and carbon dioxide.  It is cooled inside the heat exchanger below sub zero temperatures by air expansion process in the expander. It is expected that we achieve a difference delta as low as 2 degree Celsius at the warm end of exchangers. Air gets liquefied when it reaches at the air separation column and is separated into oxygen and nitrogen by the process of rectification.
6.  Liquid oxygen is stored in a liquid storage tank
Liquid oxygen from the cryogenic storage tank is compressed to high pressure in a cryogenic liquid pump. Gaseous oxygen is obtained after vaporizing liquid oxygen in an ambient air evaporator. The high pressure gas is, then, directed into cylinders or customer’s pipelines.
