Medical Liquid oxygen nitrogen plant

Medical Liquid oxygen nitrogen plant

We are leaders in the designing, manufacturing and supplying medical liquid oxygen nitrogen plant with the state-of-the-art technology. We employ GMP (good manufacturing practices) for making high quality products. There is great demand for commercially generated nitrogen as well as oxygen. The former is used in making fertilizers, ammonia and numerous chemical reactions. It is also used for protecting food products from moisture. The later is used mostly in the steel, chemical and medical industries. These industries opt for cryogenic O2 and N2 plants for meeting their requirements of high purity gases. Cryogenic plants produce liquid gases that are easy for storage and transportation.

Medical N2 – O2 Tank filling plant

We are one of the best nitrogen oxygen plant manufacturers in India. Our cryogenic air separation products are popular with clients from all parts of the world. Hundreds of hospitals have installed our medical cylinder filing plant for meeting their requirement. You will be surprised to know that most of the clients are satisfied with the performance. Some of them have been operating our equipment for over 20 years earning manifold the investment they made. We use only the high quality ASME certified materials and components procured from internationally recognized OEMs. All processes are automatic with only limited need for manual input.

Working principle of air separation plants is based on fractional distillation. It is the most popular as well as the most efficient technique for generating onsite medical grade with purity up to 99.7%. The technique starts with intake and separation of ambient air through liquefaction on the basis of boiling of oxygen and nitrogen. And, the process ends with the distillation of the target gas at specified purity. It needs no elaboration that around 60% performance of the plant is based on the quality of air separation column. We use cryogenic grade stainless steel with argon welding in the construction of the column.

Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Generator System

Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Generator System

We also provide nitrogen cylinder filling system. However, you must remember that our cryogenic based systems generate liquid nitrogen (LIN), which is easy to store and transport. Hospitals would rather have liquid storage than gaseous storage. The former is less likely to leak thus saving us valuable resource while the later is highly likely to leak and is also risky because of high pressure of the compressed gas.

How Liquid Nitrogen Production System works

Our liquid nitrogen production system comes with liquid nitrogen pump for vaporizing LIN into gaseous form for filling into cylinders or feeding into hospital piping system. Cylinder filling system is an amazing tool for small to medium scale hospitals and other industries as well. Cylinder filling system comprises of a liquid N2 pump and nitrogen booster. The pump vaporizes LIN into gaseous nitrogen which is then compressed by the booster. It aids in filling and storing O2 in cylinder at 150 bar pressure.

Liquid Nitrogen for Hospital Use

Our manufacturing of nitrogen cylinder filling machine for hospital use is finished with standard quality materials. Since the equipment is used constantly, it is imperative that it could withstand high pressures and yet be durable. Our expertise in designing and material science has enabled us achieve the same. The filling machine upon installation will serve the needs of hospitals for decades with minimum wear and tear. However, the cost of N2 cylinder filling system will depend upon the capacity accompanying N2 gas plant.
